La Sportiva Mythos vs TC Pro sizing

I wear a 45 pretty comfortably in the Mythos Eco. Is it safe to assume that a 45 in the TC Pro will be similar?

For what it's worth, I wear 44 in Mythos (non eco), and 45 in TC Pro.

Size Squirrel suggests 44 in Mythos translates to 44.5 in TC; but 45 in Mythos translates to 45 in TC.  YMMV sizesquirrel.com/public_mat…;have_item_id=74&size=45
