Need Housing? Looking for a new roommate in Boulder

I am a Mechanical Engineering student at CU Boulder and have one more year of school left. My current roommate is about to move out and I am looking for a new roommate for Aug 2023-Aug 2024. The apartment is just below campus near Athens court. 

The apartment is about 900 sqft with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, and in unit washer and dryer. We also have a climbing wall in the living room that I regularly reset and create problems on. Rent is currently $967.50 a month not including power and internet.

If you are looking for housing and want to live near campus, have a homewall, and a cool roommate who loves climbing, this is a great spot for you!
