This is Don McGrath, Co-author of the book Vertical Mind: Psychological Approaches For Optimal Rock Climbing, and am looking for climbers to be in the series in the Topic Title. I should sign up for this. It could be a 'transformative' type story. Vertical Mind takes a fat, middle aged man who's lost his lead head and through their innovative approach get him to climb .10 trad again! |
