Mt Charleston conditions

Was planning on being in Vegas middle of May and was hoping to get up to Mt Charleston while I was there. Anyone been to the Roost or the Hood recently? Any beta on the conditions would be much appreciated! Thanks y’all. |

I cannot speak for the hood or Roost, but I was climbing at Walla Walla Wash last weekend and it was great. |

Any updates on the conditions at the roost and Compton cave? Planning on going there next weekend |

Was up at Yellow Pine yesterday... it was fine... a little wet at the ground, a couple mounds of snow... fun day out |
|
Does anyone have updates on Charleston Conditions? We are hoping to climb at Robber's Roost and Sonar this weekend. Thanks! |
|
Last weekend was up at Nueva Esperanza and it was dry... but we could see a small bit of snow over at Universal Wall at the base... agree with B Koch... probably good to go |

Unsure if how much it has changed in two weeks but the last time I scouted the Imagination wall there were massive snowbanks up along the wall to the point that I couldn't even make it down to the central slabs. |

Imagination wall still has a little snow, but not enough to hinder climbing. Sonar wall still had quite a bit of snow at the base, but not enough to step past a low crux. |
