Y'all, what are your experiences with blood flow restriction training? I tore my acl, medial meniscus and annihilated a couple of other important knee things. I'll be using BFR as a part of my pt. How'd it work for you?

I did BFR recently for my left knee. It is a really cool technique and I was very impressed with how it turned out. It's nice because it allows you to get significant amounts of stimulation without as much load on the joint. It really helped me break through that initial phase of recovery. Best of luck!
