Any idea of to repair it effectively ?

Cheers

Try a drop of this.  Just put one drop on the hole and let it be.  If you can't handle being that patient (or need to get your repair done fast), put one drop and then cover with a piece of their repair tape.  https://www.gearaid.com/products/seam-grip-sealant-waterproof

I use shoegoo. Use a scrap piece of cardboard or something and make a nice smooth thin layer.

Edit: show goo falls off after belaying a few pitches. And def rapping, but I try not to rap in these gloves anyway. Don't use shoe goo. The patch will just fall off.

Here is an alternative to the Showas. A bit more durable, warmer, stickier rubber on the palm, and cheap enough you probably won’t worry about trying to patch them. I found the thumbs on the Showas to be a bit short, the Kinkos are a better fit in that regard but you still need to go up one size from your regular fit. The only down side is the knit cuff instead of the Showas gauntlet

It is warmer thatn the Show golve butis it thickier too ??

and indeed the knit cuff is annoying  ,   the water and snow can get inside of the shell !

maybe we can suggest  the cie to make a  Showa TEMRES  282-02   like gauntlet !

I had to use these for a month job (non climbing) and thought that they were too clumsy to consider for use climbing. They have a separated inner liner, unlike the Showa which has the liner glued in place, which means that on the Kinco's the liner slips around separately from the shell and makes them less precise when trying to rack, or fumble with screws and gates and such.

I patched mine with Aqua-Seal and it's held up for the past 2 months of weekly abuse

The ones I have Do Not have a separate inner liner. The liner is integral to the shell. Have been leading WI 4 in them without issue.

Ah gotcha, that would make a difference
