Does the MSR reactor stove fit inside the 1L pot?
I have the 1.7l pot in which the reactor fits. I was wondering if it also fits in the smaller 1l pot. Thx Matze |

Yes it does. |

You can find such information, with pictures even, directly from MSR. Its actually one of their 5 main selling points. Which is not much information to read. |

My ancient one did not. That's why I sold it. Edit. Seb below is right. My stove could not fit with a gas canister wasting space. The stove had to go into the pot sideways. I don't know if the current stove fits with a canister. My windburner fits with a canister nicely |
The question is, can it fit the stove and gas inside? If so, what size gas canister fits inside the 1l pot with the stove? |
The stove only fits in sideways. You can’t fit stove and gas inside. Usually I put the stove in there with some food or something and carry gas separate. Slight downside to the small pot. |

Guys, seriously, MSR has the pics on their site, including what size gas canister. |
Yes, it fits with the smallest fuel cannister 3.9oz fuel in 1 liter pot. It's tight fit & gas control knob must be lined up with pour spout of 1L pot, but it fits. You are cooking closer to 750 ml of water in that 1L pot just like closer to 1.5 L in 1.7 pot, just not great to fill to brim. |
