Haven’t seen anybody post these, seems like a interesting shoe.

Scarpa made/makes a similar shoe. Pretty limited market IMO, but lots of people have money to spend on things they don’t really need.

Interesting that it has grip rubber instead of edge

I was curious as to why they chose that rubber as well.

My thoughts is that in the "extreme" cold that these shoes would be used, Edge would just be too hard and thus slippery.  The use of a softer rubber would actually help the shoe and still be more durable than usual as it will be so cold.
