Heyo - I hope everyone is having a nice week! I've never really dedicated a ton of time for training. I go to the gym / outside to climb frequently but never sat down and put together a plan. I have hangboard experience but that's basically it. I wanted to put something together for this winter and randomly noticed Climbing Mag's - The Training Bible which was developed by Neil Gresham. I know Neil's been training folks for quite some time but curious if anyone has used this program. Anyone? Thoughts? Feedback? Thanks!
