Lots more pictures here on Craigslist, they’re just a pain to upload to MP

Looking to ski bum for the winter? Trying to have a comfy way to sleep at the trail head for the 4am start? Just need a cool Crag Wagon to flex your #vanlife on the gram?
Whatever your deal, here's a neat ole van for ya.
1995 Mitsubishi Delica L400 "Space Gear" SWB. Turbo Diesel, automatic trans, around 234k KM on the "metric" odometer. Right hand drive, currently seats 4 and sleeps 2-3 depending on how close you are with your friends. The rear bed is completely removable and the original seats (included) can be put back in for the ultimate 4wd turbo'd soccer mom van. 4wd select means you choose between 2wd, 4wd high, 4wd low, and a center differential lock for some tricky overlanding.
The good:
-Runs without a hitch, recent work includes
-New AT Tires (<1k miles)
-New glow plugs
-New Valve Cover gasket
-New stereo and front speakers
-A whole bag of extra parts
-Cross bars are included
-Roof basket and matching 90s Japanese ski racks are negotiable.
-Full set of snow tires, near new(~500 miles)
-Snow chains
-Undercoating done by last owner
-Custom built curtains all around the rea for sleeping/privacy
-Custom made matress, bed folds up into bench for hanging out.
-Bed is easily removable (less than 5 minutes) incase you need to haul a new water heater to your grandmas house)
-Hitch is installed for cargo basket/bike rack/whatever
-Full skid/rock plate up front.
-Currently insured as an RV, so you could go that route if you choose with your insurance.

The NOT so good;
-Some of the clear coat is coming off in places, probably from the sun and age? It hasn't gotten worse since I've owned it, and the paint is holding up just fine.
-There's a small (2inch) rust spot on one of the body panels. The metal is still intact, it hasn't expanded at all during my ownership.
-That's really it. This thing is neat.

Located on Whidbey Island. Happy to take additional pictures/videos and answer any questions you may have. Can potentially meet between Seattle and the Border for seriously interested buyers.
MIGHT be open to a trade if you have a hybrid truck/SUV that can tow a small pop up camper.
Shoot me a message, let's chat. I like talking about the van anyway, so don't hesitate.
