Water bottle during the day, pee bottle during the night. Just bring a small container of bleach to wash out the sterile urine in the morning; or not. It is sterile |

https://www.metoliusclimbing.com/g-whiz.html purpose built bottle. No experience with this one but considering it |

Hydro's Stash looks like it could work. beats out the g-whiz in the weight category too. Other ideas here which fall into the same as suggested by Mikey Schaefer. I have to admit I was expecting to see plethora of 'in-field' examples from the MP community. I thought everyone took pics of their post death march apple juice. thanks everyone, |

Over the weekend i tried out the Hydrapak 1liter collapsable that clips together. The image of the one i ordered showed a smaller cap. I got a 1.5 liter at the same time with the smaller cap and the opening is almost identicle to a sports drink bottle about 33 mm. I dont like that size opening since the fit is a bit too tight. The opening of the 1 liter i got is actually about 52mm which works well. I think something around 40 to 45mm would be ideal though. The loop at the opening helped me hold the bottle securely. The extra plasting molding at the base that facilitates clipping the top and bottom together adds unnecessary weight. A partially full uncapped bottle does stand up on a flat surface, but only a fool is gonna try that in a tent with it full of pee. I think this one is ok but i would rather have a larger bottle with a 40mm ish opening. |

Yeah not removable. |
