Hanging out in the flatirons for a week, looking for good spots close by to park overnight. Using iOverlander, FreeRoam, and Sēkr apps, hoping someone has something better they are willing to share than what’s on there. Thanks!

It can be tough.

Make sure not to park overnight on any of the OSMP parking lots - most, if not all of them are closed during the night (11pm - 5am) and are patrolled.

There's a lot of anti-homless sentiment, so calls of suspicious looking vans by residents are also not infrequent.

You may want to inquire if staying overnight in one of the gym's parking lots is OK at least temporarily, but no promises that will be a winner.

Legal car camping can be found all the way up the Peak to Peak highway - grab a MVUM for some ideas.

You and everyone else. Join the vans on Mapleton between 28th and 30th and pray the softball tournament doesn't happen to show up.

Upper dream canyon parking lot.. camping is legal up there. Not far out of town and super close to primo climbs.

Do you really want to spend a week in a place where the locals despise you and work to make your life difficult at every opportunity? Make a list ahead of time, drive in early, tick off as much as you can, then GTFO without spending any money.

We don’t despise you, you’re just not welcomed here.

A lot of this has been closed, so be careful where you go,

This was on the camper van close to my house that's been hanging around for a little while, I doubt this is a circumstance you'd find yourself in, but it is a threat.

(Just trying to give you the lay of the land)
