Any one using this yet? Comparison to BD creek, MHW crag master?

They are certainly more stylish than a typical crag hauler. Personally I use Alpine packs to haul to the crag so I can hang my shoes off the back and strap the helmet on as well. I use the previous gen AR55 because it has a water bottle holder as well. I can stuff a lot more into the pack with my water, helmet and shoes on the outside. Plus they have a more ergonomic design for my back.

You aren't wrong about an alpine pack, but right now, I have a 35L alpine pack, don't need a larger alpine pack but do need a crag pack. It's in the same price range as the rest of them...

Not sure if this helps but I found their product details and imaging insufficient when I was trying to evaluate the konseal as an option. I was able to find one product review/demo video online that was helpful : youtu.be/LEeAMymONgM

I just purchased one to test out in Ceuse. I wanted something lighter and lower profile than my Creek 50

Hi Dana, Any thoughts on the pack?

I will be leaving for France next week. My limited current use is that the pack is a great option for a day of sport climbing. Easily fits 20 draws, 2 pairs of shoes, rope, water, and snacks. I would struggle using the 40 liter with a large trade rack unless my partner was carrying the rope.

I personally intentionally got the smaller pack to force me not to overpack

The pack worked great in Ceuse. Light weight and breathable, which was great for the hike. As previously mentioned, the 40 liter forces you to be thoughtful with how you pack. I purchased this size intentionally for that reason. If you want a black hole style pack, consider the 50 l version  or Creek 50

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
