Forearm flexor strain?

I think I have a flexor strain in my right forearm. I only notice any pain while lowering from pull ups, nothing while climbing. It feels like a semi sharp twinge right below my elbow. It seems these can be caused by hard pulling, and it has been too wet to climb outside, so I have been mainly gym climbing, so hard pulling makes sense. I am not finding too much online about rehab or management, as this seems to be a fairly mild and uncommon injury but I don't want to make it worse. Anything you would recommend to do or avoid? Planning on no climbing or pull ups for two weeks. Are any exercises that engage pulling muscles to be avoided, i.e. curls?

Thanks!

ya i had that on left arm. def let it rest for a couple weeks. get a 5lbs dumbbell and lay your arm on the top of a chair or somethin like your posted up at the bar but dont lean. then do little wrist curls upwards for high reps to rehab it. i recommend doing this for warming up for climbing too for now on. def scale back into climbing doing 5.5 and v0 climbs slow and controlled to rehab. stay away from pinches for a min.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
