Black Cliffs Camping

Passing through on the way to City of Rocks this weekend. Wondering if you can camp near the black cliffs?

Lucky Peak Reservoir usually has plenty of space and is within 5 miles I believe but no cell reception. If your car camping there's actually a little parking area with a vaulted toilet underneath the bridge you see to your left while climbing the short cliffs.
