Got one lying around in good condition?

I'm mostly interested in either the Mountain Hardwear splitter 40 (discontinued):

or the Patagonia Cragsmith 45L in S/M (backordered):

but I'll consider other clamshell style packs with similar capacity

Does anyone have a recommendation for a clamshell style pack in the 40-45 liter range, that isn't discontinued or backordered?

I'm NOT keen on the Mountain Hardwear Crag Wagon or the Mammut Neon.

I know I'm being picky, and my options are limited ...  I'm on Patagonia's waitlist for the July backorder, but I am skeptical whether it will materialize.

Design more for travel but looks like the cragsmith

I would highly recommend checking out the Mystery Ranch Tower 47... Just picked one up this spring, and loving mine so far!

To help with recommendations, what do you not like about the crag wagon?

This is great!!   The Redeye is the right idea, but definitely won't take a beating.   I want to love the Crag Wagon, but the fit wasn't quite right for my frame, even in the S/M size.

Mystery Ranch Tower 47 looks super promising, it's the closest I've seen to the Splitter 40.

Thanks for the suggestions; all appreciated!
