Shoulder Season Pants (Men)
|
What's your go to pair of pants for those chilly mornings transitioning to the sunny, crisp afternoons? Something not too thin that the shade chills you to the bone, but not so insulated you never lose a ounce of perspiration. Tell me about the PERFECT PAIR OF PANTS |

Rock bottoms. Thicker grammicis, including the Gi pants from patagonia which used be be thicker. Otherwise, I did like an old arcteryx softshell pant. This was like 2000-2002 and I don't remember the name or the fabric. But it was pretty tight-woven, not too thick and very slightly fuzzy. Mostly I remember how at Temple Crag they were warm enough alone but once I was baking at a belay and hiking in on the hot trail they didn't feel hot. So, cotton, or thin softshell fabric. |

I’ve had these Adidas Terrex pants for years. Right around when they started to get into the outdoor / climbing game. Best shoulder season pant around IMO. One pant to rule them all. Also, there is a specific MP section for gear related questions and reviews. Get it together. |

Just got some Patagonia Vengas that I'm in love with. Highly recommend. So far they're holding up to my constant knee-smears really well. |
