Pain from pressing on my middle knuckle

Climbing doesn't hurt, but there's pain if I press my middle finger a bit above the first knuckle, like the picture shows. Anybody experience anything similar? I think it could be collateral ligament issue but it's more on the top of the knuckle instead of the side.

RK bein' dick.  Climbing is so hard on the hands.  I have multiple sore points right now.  Sometimes tape across top of the knuckle can help.  Best of luck!

Is this just a sore point? Are you experiencing something similar? I'll try tape thanks!

maybe just stop pressing on it! and just maybe stop the collateral whining and complaining too

Try tape and a few days off won't hurt.  Connective tissue and joints are very slow to develop.  Hard to lay off.  Been a problem all my life.  Heh.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
