I like tvmountain because there's no music and almost no talking. I don't even know who the people are. They're just climbing.

I generally enjoy videos that have some interesting discussion/narration/storytelling about what the people are doing, rather than pure climbing footage. I find pure climbing footage quite dull without the context. Narration is tricky, since it can quickly become cliche/posturing/annoying, but if done well it adds a lot.
So on that topic, a few channels I've enjoyed lately: The trip vlogs from Tristen Chen. Climbs cool stuff, good editing/narration/pacing, generally witty and no-BS.
Also good in the bouldering realm is Eric Jerome's Quest for the Best series. This is some straight up climber nerd stuff. General premise is that he is seeking to develop a list (with input from many people) of the top 100 boulder problems in the US (V10 and up), and then climb them. Makes videos about them, including discussion of what makes it qualify for the top 100 list (or not).

A bit off topic since it is ski mountaineering rather than "pure climbing", but Cody Townsend's 50 Classics series is the best youtube content out there in the outdoor-sports realm.
