Depends on what your goals are.
Uphill Athlete, by Steve House and Scott Johnson, is a very well rounded mountain training / coaching group. They emphasize aerobic base as a foundations for almost everything but build in all specific elements required for success.
I have had great success coaching 1:1 with them and still following their philosophy and programming on my own.
Obviously if you want climbing/bouldering specific, look into Lattice or ROAP Coaching.
But IMHO anything that's truly "mountain" figured requires broader training and I would strongly recommend looking into Uphill Athlete.
I'm also working on a tech platform geared toward mountain activity training ...
Yes, thanks for calling out Uphill Athlete! I had also looked into that one. Like you mentioned, they are also pretty heavy on the aerobic base. I'd love to hear more of your thoughts on working with them. I have a decent aerobic base (was a swimmer for 16 years, when it's warm, I'll do ~1 short run a week), and except for ski touring, have never really felt limited by it. Do you think just about everyone can benefit from more aerobic work?
I'd also love more info on the tech platform you're working on (if you can share)! I love the Crimpd app for training and something similar for skiing or more general fitness/ mobility would be cool.
