For a very limited time, the National Park Service has authorized emergency hiring for critical positions at Yosemite National Park.

Yosemite EMS Paramedic (NREMT-P)

• Front-country ambulance and backcountry EMS response
• 12-hour day shifts, on-call night response
• Shared housing in Yosemite Valley
• Length of employment not to exceed 1 year, with potential for extension for a 2nd year

• Rural medical clinic providing Emergency Medicine, Primary Care and Urgent Care
• 10-hour or 12-hour day shifts available

Are they offering travel rates? What’s the duration of the RN contract?

@Michael Layton - Unfortunately not right now. Much of the clinic staff, including the Physician and NP/PA positions, are under USPHS.
