I just got some mens black diamond momentums in a size 8.5 UK. They fit my right foot really well but my left foot is much more uncomfortable and once toe in particular presses aganist the top of the shoe and it leaves an indentation on the toe when I take the shoe off. I've read reviews with conflicting information about how much momentum's will stretch, should I return these and get a size 9 UK. Or will they be too big?
As Momentums are not meant for performance at all, it probably wouldn't hurt to go bigger.
I have a pair in my street size that I use as cheap gym shoes and they are incredibly comfortable - I can go for a 2 hour gym session without taking them off. Maybe it hurts my performance a tiny bit to have super comfortable shoes, but who cares, its the gym
I've decided to order another pair half a size bigger and return one pair once I make my mind up. My concern with the bigger size however is that I'll try them on and they'll feel much better but after a few weeks they'll stretch and be too big. But on the other hand I read that momentums are designed for minimal stretching. What do you think?

A shoe that isn't tight won't stretch much.

I’ve wore momentum’s for inside and outside for a few years. They do stretch a little and the more you wear them’, the more they’ll break in. The only problem is if they don’t break in enough and you’re out the money. If you go a size bigger to make the one foot comfortable, wear a thin sock on the other foot to fit
