Anyone know why these Scarpa Instinct S's are black?

Hi all, I bought these shoes from my the french classifieds, they are the discontinued Instincts S's. But everywhere I search online, there is no black version, only orange. 

Google tactical climbing shoes. Lotsa companies have an all black version. Think uniforms...

It's easy to forget that companies serve more than just rock climbers. If you really want to waste time down a rabbit hole, go to the rescue/arborist/etc side of Petzl's equipment! Anyone need a triaxial loading carabiner?

I found this in the 2014 scarpa catalog. Looks like they made a black version
