Some help identifying brass/micro nuts

Hi, I bought a random assortment of brass nuts because I couldn’t pass on the deal. I didn’t know what they were and I’m still not certain, any help would be appreciated.

This isn’t the whole package but a good representation of what I received. There is most of a set of RPs (unsure of the model/generation and mbs), two different sets of Chouinard alloys (one set is marked by “T” and “usa” on the nut and the others have the chouinard diamond, a number, and horizontal indentation across the nut). I have no idea about the third and second to top. Second to top is an offset with possibly HB” or “H3” and “0” on the head but I can’t really tell and the third is rather ovular and only has the number 1 as an indicator out of the dozen or so nuts that I received.

I’m mostly looking to id them so I can get some MBS info, if there is any. Also, the bottom nut in the picture is the only one with any written info on the tape. Thanks!

From top: RP, looks like #6. RPs have distinctive plastic covering on the loop and crimp fitting.

HB, long black shrink wrap on the cable is characteristic.

Unknown, but that curved aspect is distinctive

Older BD, the "copper steel" alloy. I much prefer this shape over the next one. More flare = less chance of shearing out

Slightly newer BD, with the transverse "scoop" (on the not-visible side of the nut in the photo if I'm not mistaken)

Curved one was made by Wild country for a very short time I believe.

Wild Country (England) Micro Rocks  #0 to #6 marketed in 1983

Yes, Wild Country Micro Rocks. Between those and a set of RPs I could always get something that was reasonably good. When the straight-sided RPs didn't want to sit in nicely, a Micro Rock would. Still rack both.

Awesome, thank y’all. Any chance anyone knows about a database that has manuals for retro gear? I can’t find much.

What sort of info are you looking for?

EDIT - I'm guessing you want  strength ratings. I say just use "em. Even those 2 kN pieces are better than nothing (which is literally the alternative most of the time).

Mostly just mbs

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
