Agree with pretty much everything quoted above.
I really wanted to like this shoe (I even got them resoled for the same reasons the above poster mentioned). but, nope: They're just so ... clunky. Grandstones ended up being my jam.
Positive: These shoes are burly! I've been wearing them for three-ish years (though sparingly these days) and they're still in great shape. A very well-made shoe.
Sizing: I wear 10.5 in most shoes, the 11.5 General fits, but is actually still a little tight three years later somehow.
