Sizing Drago against Drago LV (specifically width-wise)

I can't seem to find very much info on how people feel the LV version fits compared to the regular. The obvious answer we have from Scarpa is that it's overall a lower volume...but I can't seem to find any reviews actually giving them a head to head comparison. From what I can see, there's volume taken off the top of the foot, the heel, and a little from the width of the shoe. I'm looking specifically for info on the width - how much narrower is it? No place local to me has a Drago and LV in stock to directly compare the two.

I use the women's skwama rather than men's because I have a small heel but wide forefoot so the women's fits great as it's not actually narrower. But the Drago LV is definitely a little narrower from what I found. Would +0.5 in the LV get you a similar width as the regular Drago?

I have a very similar foot shape and have tried on the LV model but not the normal one. I wear a 42 in the previous generation Vapor V's and in those shoes the forefoot is perfect but the heel is too baggy. In the same sized Drago LV the heel was great but the forefoot and width overall was too narrow for me.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
