Does anyone know where I can buy a cheap but similar version of the popular wave tool that's around? Trying to avoid spending $50 + shipping on a plastic type tool. Thanks!

A smooth thin river rock?

I think Amazon sells sets of massage rocks, or whatever they're called.

Any number of the 10,000 massage scraping tools on Amazon! Many are stainless steel and less costly.

I use this rubber eraser in a clamp to massage my hands and fingers, sort of comparable to some of the wave tool edges, not so much the scraping function:

I also recommend the Knobble II:

That being said, I do love my Wave Tool.

also, knowing the couple behind the wave tool (climbers, PT's who live and climb in Colorado) I say support small businesses run by climbers!

I'm willing to support but not at $50 for something that probably costs $3 to make.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
