Zillow and Realtors are wonderful for selling property to the highest bidder in a short amount of time. That being said, if a Corvette or Harley-Davidson becomes the reason why years worth of effort are ripped off of these walls it would be a tragedy. This post is by a climber and for climbers. The price is on par with the current market and given the product offered. It would literally be much easier to throw this on the open market and sell it to the highest offer in a bidding war next weekend. Instead I am choosing to put a lot of eggs in one basket and trying to keep it in the climbing community. Is the price High? Depends where you come from. Is this a ridiculous home bouldering gym and a piece of prime property in the middle of one of the fastest growing outdoor recreation communities in our country? I believe so, and hope that a climber ends up with their dream home, rental or business because of this post. 

If successful, it will give this climber the means to glue stainless steel bolts and anchors into cliffs around the world the rest of his goofy existence. That will benefit heaps of Bolt Clippers and Trad Junkies for decades to come. Sorry Pebble Wrestlers, my fingers are too weak to benefit your cause because my twenties and thirties were spent building and paying off a Bouldering Gym :-)
