The Notch Climbing Gym: Upper Valley Region (NH/VT)

The Notch Climbing Gym is making some progress as both my business partner (Noah) and I (Josh) have moved up to the Upper Valley full time and are committed to bringing a modern climbing gym to the region. We have been generating a list of people who are interested and sending out updates via our newsletters. Many of you are on that list, but we wanted to post these updates here as well. A website that contains all of this information, as well as a facebook and instagram account will be up and running in the near future as well.

when will you open?

We plan to break ground in the spring of 2022

cool. does break ground mean open?

It means we will begin with construction at that time (which lasts a couple months).

Any new updates to report?

We are in the process of sending out another update via our newsletter. Most recently we have submitted our site plan to the planning board (Lebanon) and are essentially in a waiting period until our public hearing in February. Stay tuned!

Great to see that there is progress on a gym in the Upper Valley, always though it would be a great location. It could be very valuable to have some connections at Dartmouth, I'd imagine you could get a great community going with students involved in their Outing Club.

Hi Sam, Check your private messages. All we need is your email address. We have been in contact with the Dartmouth Outing Club and look forward to a great partnership with  Dartmouth's Climbing Team, the Outing Club, and the Dartmouth College as a whole.
