I’ve been enjoying the free lattice workouts for gymnastics rings, like I’s Y’s and T’s, reverse fly, Superman’s, and archer rows, but I want to hear what else is popular. In particular, I see myself needing to improve my core tension and really enjoy the ring workouts and the ability to fine tune the difficulty of the exercises to my current ability.
I'm reasonably advanced on the rings, but I always come back to Reverse Row Sit Backs. They're great for core tension and lock off strength, and a few sets of 10-15 never fails to make me hurt.
