Boston area podiatrists (for bunions)

Has anyone here had a successful bunionectomy in the Boston area? I'd prefer to see a podiatrist who has worked with rock climbers before. Any advice would be much appreciated!

I think it would be worth your time to follow through this thread. https://www.mountainproject.com/forum/topic/117791896/bunion-surgery-and-returning-to-climbingI

I've got a moderate one on my right foot that fires up every now and then. Some arthritis. But the outcomes of surgeries seem like just too much of a gamble IMHO. I've since opted for PT, topical ointments (Voltaren), and modified footwear.

I had achillies problems for years and saw many doctors. My favorite Dr was Ben Saviet out of Worcester. I know its not Boston or bunions, but he's a great doc.

He is a very experienced rock climber, and his son is a notable climber; as well.
