It's up near Rendezvous mountain , near Teton Village, south of the park border. I'm trying to find a rag to camp near with a dog. I can't tell if I can pitch nearby the crag, or if dogs are allowed. It's out of the park boundary, so it seems like a maybe, but also doesnt seem to be located within wilderness land, but rather might belong to the ski resort? Anyone camped up there before?

There is camping all the time. Never seen a dog there but dogs are allowed on most forest service land during the summer (might want to keep on a leash due to wildlife, hunting leg traps are used in Teton County but not seen at RSB by me). The resort doesn't own any land over there. They lease the ski hill above the base area and control access within the ski area boundary. RSB is just outside the boundary, and right below the edge of it. There might be land that they lease which is nearby (like the backcountry yurt seen on the trail to the buttress). You usually access the trail from resort property.
