I'm looking for a brand of tape to get for route setting. I don't mind paying the $, just want high quality tape that is sticky and strong. Route setters, what should I be ordering?

Paint your climbing wall with chalkboard paint and buy some chalkboard markers.  Its fun and cheap

I’d go for a fabric-based tape (think it’s called Gaffers tape or something like that). It sticks well and has a slight stretch in case holds move a little bit, which I’ve found that screw ins sometimes do. I personally kind of just stay away from duct tape; I find the adhesive to be too weak usually, and if it’s not too weak it leaves a weird residue when you take it off. Just my ¢2.
