Does Patagonia's lifetime warranty cover loss of loft for synthetic puffies?

It should, right? My Nano Puff no longer gives any warmth.

All 'lifetime' guarantees are for the expected lifetime of the product, not your lifetime. How old is this jacket?

Patagonia has replaced two items I wore thoroughly and it could not repair.  It also repaired three items which were very well worn. Give Patagonia a chance to take care of you. 

You could try washing it with a hypo-allergenic detergent (no perfume additives), then dry on low with a few tennis balls. For high quality down, you should be able to restore loft more-or-less indefinitely by doing this. With synthetic insulation like in the case of a nano puff, it might help a little.

Take a look at the Enlightened Equipment torrid apex if you're looking for a new lightweight mid layer. It uses a continuous filament synthetic fiber for insulation, which is apparently far more durable than the short staple fiber insulation used in most synthetic jackets.
