Is Necedah rock delicate after light rain? OK to climb on? Any beta on how fast it dries out or rainy day routes?

Don’t climb there for at least a day or two after heavy rain. It’s sandstone so it’s super porous and soft. Devils Lake dries out much faster. However, if you must sport climb our local choss, Hell Wall and Y-Crack Wall dry out the fastest.

Also, there’s not much steep stuff there so not really any options for rainy days unfortunately

Thank you! Wasn't sure if that was the case or if it was similar to Jackson Falls/RRG with the consolidated sandstone that doesn't really soak it up.

Looks like Devil's Lake might be the better option tomorrow.
