I am admittedly not a handy person.

I am upgrading my living space and will have a large garage.

does anyone know of any contractors that do climbing wall builds in the Salt Lake area?

google doesn’t provide much info.

Thanks In advance.

I built this climbing wall for the owner of Seattle Bouldering Project. The system board on the right is a Grasshopper and its SUPER COOL!

If you do not want something super complicated, It could most likely be build in a weekend with the help of you and or my wife.

To be fair, any good carpenter with framing skills will be able to help you out. If you find someone else and have questions hit me up. good luck.

That looks pretty cool Shaun!

I close on the house in 2 weeks.  A climbing wall is my number 1 priority.   It’s not my wife’s.  But it’s mine.

I used to climb at SBP.  If I throw in some extra cash, can you make it smell the same for nostalgia?

I am Almost done building the wall in my new house. Honestly, if I can do this anyone can. I am as unhandy as they come. Definitely doesn’t look as nice as Shaun‘s, but consider giving it a go. With resources on-line and here on MP, it is totally doable.

The problem, is that I bought triples in Totems, instead of tools.  The black Totem can do many things, but it’s not great for cutting wood
