why no pictures? if you are serious about it post photos and real details. This is the kind of thing that communities often come together and make happen. Here in VT our climbing advocacy group Crag VT just recently did just that and bought the Boulton Dome. |

Angela, did this ever go anywhere? Also, could you please provide an update on the status of the crag? I have heard conflicting information and have been unable to track down the email to request a day use permit. Thank you. |

No need to delete. Just update the thread title to say sold. Then future stalkers can enjoy this thread. Man, forum etiquette these days... |

Is it just me or does that look like a pretty low-angle forest? |

Andy Forquer wrote: Hi Andy! In looking at that picture, it does appear to be more low-angle than it is in reality. If you would like additional pictures or information, feel free to reach out or do a search on Missoula, Montana Craigslist. Have a wonderful Tuesday! |

I stand corrected! Looks like some pretty cool terrain. |

The best 5.11 i've ever climbed is on that land. Definitely some really cool terrain. |

Dallin Carey wrote: Hey Dallin! Super sorry I never got back to this question. I'm sure you have been made aware recently but it is closed to climbing at the present time. If you have questions about that feel free to send a private message which will go directly to my email. I appreciate your comment about the 5.11 you climbed being awesome! When we climbed the Kootenai climbs were some of my favorites :) |

Any structures on the property? |

Power to two potential home sites, well is in, road is in to two potential building sites with year round access. The majority of the property is pretty steep with lots of trees and gorgeous views. The two building sites have been cleared. Three sides of the property are Forest Service and Kootenai Creek runs through the south side of the property. Upper building site has an amazing view of the Bitterroot Valley. Endless possibilities. Serious inquiries only. To view the property you will need to make an appointment. Please do not just show up at the property to view. |

Thanks Terry. I just checked the Montana GIS and you are correct, there are no structures or dwellings on either property. As it looks like this is both a 79 acre tract on the mountain and another 12 acre tract at the foot of it. 13-1764-18-1-01-04-0000 13-1764-17-1-01-36-0000 The appraised value according to Montana GIS is $7,118 in 2021. This must be a tax value or present use valuation. |
