Great question. I’m 5’9 and 150ish.

I’m 6’2” and had to upsize from medium to large in this piece. The top fits the same as the older cap 4 hoody (older size L cap 4 hoody seemed to fit the same as older M R1 hoody).

Cool stuff. Love me some base layer one pieces! There are some sweet and expensive russian ones on ebay that come in high lift, power grid, and power stretch! $200 a pop.
