Sportiva Solutions sizing: Men's vs Women's

Has anyone switched from the men's to women's versions of the sportiva solutions and have info on sizing?  I wear a 38.5 in the Men's solutions but have a low volume foot and would like to check out the women's version.  I'm not sure if the sizing would be the same or not.  Anyone have first hand knowledge?

Same size. For me the women’s version just doesn’t slop out of the heel. The heel stays super secure. (I assume that’s the “lower volume”) It sure feels like it’s a different last.
