Yosemite Bowline Mistake

The other day I wasn't paying close attention as I was tying a Yosemite bowline and skipped a step ending up with this.

I started wondering, how dangerous would it be if I had fallen tied in with that? I suspect it would hold as well as a bowline, but I'm interested in speculation from others.

I remember I accidentally tied one like this when tying up a 66 ton boat to a mooring buoy offshore. That thing cinched down so hard. Never cut us loose over night but I’m pretty sure I just cut the line in the morning. The bight end of the knot pulled back into the knot itself

10/10 I wouldn’t be stoked about whipping on it

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
