Broken Z4 0.4, small double-axle cam failure strikes again

I haven't found anybody post about this happening with Z4s, so I guess I'll be the first. One lobe no longer rotates freely because it has been compressed and the cutout no longer has the clearance to avoid the other axle. It can be forced with a moderate amount of pressure, but then it is stuck on the other side and has to be forced back.

This happened when cleaning a traversing pitch while lowering, so not even a harsh fall.

I had a 0.4 X4 break the same way. I knew the Z4 would probably have the same problem, but I bought it anyway. I guess BD wins this round again.

Some previous discussion of this happening to Ultralights and X4s:

Actually somebody did report on this happening in the main Z4 thread, I just missed it.
