Should I go for maxi intervals or go maxi enduro? Ladders? How many rungs?

How hard could I realistically expect to climb if this comprises my entire training regimen?

It depends on how much weight you can lose by stripping down to your underwear...

Edited to add: I’m seeing those ads on Facebook, too. Not sure what I clicked to deserve this... interestingly enough, my ads only feature guys.

It’s a variety. But mostly women for me.

Judging from the ads, I’m pretty sure at least 5.14 and a really torrid affair are possible with this revolutionary new training tool.
