Looking for a couple other harness suggestions that might work on the Imlay canyon gear shuffle butt.

Imlay canyon gear shuffle butt Fits Singing rock versa and most Metolius safe tech harnesses The Singing rock versa seems like the best option but can not be tried on anywhere seems purchasable only online. The five dotted points in the lower picture need to be unthreadable so the shuffle butt can be putt on most new harnesses wont work. |

Misty Mountain still sales harness with double pass buckles that unthread. Or at least you can custom order them that way. |
|
C.A.M.P. Jasper harness unbuckles everywhere, or at least the one I got about 2 years ago. Could be a maybe? I have one and can send measurements and pics, if that helps? |

As long as the elastic leg loops on the butt straps are not sewn together |

I believe this harness would work. I do not own one but I have handled it in a store and saw that it unbuckles at all the points you mention. I am pretty sure the leg loop bungee is not sewn and can be re-threaded and re-knotted. https://www.blueice.com/us/en/harnesses/164-choucas-pro.html |

What is the purpose of this thing? |

The shuffle butt Keeps your shorts harness and wetsuits protected from wear and tear while Canyoneering. Also provides a more comfortable seat for abrasive or big rappels in slot canyons or while bolting where your hanging in your harness a lot. |

Leg loops detach at both the harness, and the leg loop. All four points (both sides of the harness and both leg loops) in front are fully double back. It isn't as burly as my Big Gun, but its burlier than average. Hope this helps! I've really liked this harness, and will keep it until its thoroughly worn out! Well, replace it just before that. Its also hugely adjustable, a plus if you both ice climb and crag in hot weather. Or lose weight! |
