What’s the best Prusik cord? Should I buy a sterling hollow block? Or get a blue water 30m x 7mm accessory cord and cut it down? Other suggestions? I will be using it primarily as a rappelling friction hitch. Thanks |

Buy a bunch of 6mm cord. You'll have prusiks for years or maybe an anchor cord as well. |

Hollow block is cool. No bulky knot. Grabs very well. Definitely trust it over cord if the rope is wet. Downside is price but mine has been going strong for 3 years. Jared's answer is the most efficient though. Buy 30 feet of cord tie 2 prusiks and a quad for 10 bucks. |
