Ocun Crack Gloves Hack

The Velcro straps on my ocuns are on their last threads.
In people's experience with this issue after they break off completely, have you used tape to secure then to your wrists?  How effective was that solution?  I think if I had known how quickly they wore out, I would have covered them with tape from the outset.  

Or did you just buy a new pair?

Securing them with tape works really well, at least with the OR’s.

I think the real hack is to tape up the bit of the velcro strap where it bends through the slot. Of course, the OP seems to be past the point where that would suffice, but on the next pair...

Yeah, I tape mine when I buy them to reinforce the bend in the strap, and the slot it goes through. I also recently taped the thumb loops that were almost toast
