Hi friends. I believe I sprained my A4 pulley on my let ring finger. Never heard a pop, just swelling and pain around the A4 specifically after a day of outdoor climbing. I have read up on treatment, and everything points to H-taping, but H-taping is meant to be applied at the A3 pulley. Does anyone know if H-taping works to treat A4 pulley injuries, as well?

H-Taping should work similarly to help support the A4

Here's a helpful program for pully recovery.

Check out the Pulley Pal. It applies pressure on the top bottom axis and the smallest size in the set should work for your A4 on your ring finger.
