Sonoma coast camping

Looking to make a trip up to sunset boulders and goat rock along the sonoma coast. Any suggestions for free camping since Sonoma Coast state park is closed for camping?

Did you end up going? I have the same question too :)

look into Sonoma County Regional Park campgrounds. I believe most are open. There are also some private CG's up north past Fort Ross.

there really are not any free or boondocking camping along the coast.
