The time has come to move on from Vanzilla (named that by my nephew).
I'm at a different phase in my life so she is no longer needed, and she gets restless in the driveway.
I am the second owner, I got her in 2009 with 42k miles and she has 174k now. Big block engines regularly go past 300k. These beasts are hard to find.
I'll go through the good the bad and the ugly.
This thing can go anywhere, but she is thirsty at about 12 mpg.
The interior height is about 5'9" so if you are taller than that, you will have to duck.
Bed is a full size at 72" x 54" with 12" of storage underneath ( I put crashpads there) Two normal sized climbers can sleep comfortably.
Stove and frig run on built in propane and $20 worth can last 4-6 weeks.
Sink is currently non-functional (I removed the water tank as it was easier for me to just bring water in other jugs and have more room for crashpads and gear) The pump is there, but would need to be hooked back up.
The cabinetry works, but is 22 yrs old, so its not perfect. Same with all of the window curtains.
There are two attic vents, and one attic fan, so temps are tolerable on all but the hottest of summer days.
Roof racks on top for additional gear storage if need, as well as access ladder.
The passenger side door handle doesn't currently work, and was told it is an inexpensive fix from a body shop, lock smith, or do it yourself-er. You can get out that side, but not in.
The passenger seat swivels to face the rear, to allow for great lounging and additional floor space.
There is a 100 amp coach battery that is charged off the engine, so no need for solar unless you plan to park for more than 4-6 days without driving anywhere.
Tires are in good condition with a lot of life left.
