Currently following the 10 minute routine that Metolius has on their site for the Rock Rings. Anyone else been using these for training and have a routine they'd like to share? Never done any hangboarding before coronapocalypse and am not sure about advancing my routine with the rock rings (everything online is for an actual board)

I've done the rock ring workouts on a training plan before. I did not find them to be very beneficial. Definitely better than nothing with the current scenario though. I feel like they'd be good to train lock off strength as well.
For the longest time that 10 minute rock rings routine was the only "training", I did outside of climbing. Once it became less challenging I added weight or would do 7-3 repeaters following the final hang. I'm back on the routine now because it's quick and we have no door jams.
I just downloaded the boulder-trainer app and its a great way to write programs for hang training. I just made a rock ring workout on there, called Pegasus or something. It's easiest to write the workout on a desktop though.
