Trying to get creative with quarantine training, interested in what people think if the Bachar ladder.
I've seen a couple mentions of elbow and shoulder injury from excessive use, is it a one way ticket to tendon problems or useful in moderation like all other poisons?
If it's bogus I can just clean out under my stairs and make a few wood rungs quick, but making a ladder hanging outside seems really appealing about now.
Bring on the discussion and hope everyone is safe and healthy!
Excessive use of anything can cause injuries. How much use is beneficial versus injurious varies widely from person to person. The only way to know how it works for you is to try it out!
If you hang it properly -- ends together so that it swivels -- it really engages the core. I started with the ends apart and then graduated to the swivel option. I left it outside one night hanging from the fire escape, and it promptly got stolen. Shortly thereafter, some juvenile delinquent started hiking all my projects!
